Microchip ATmega328P-AU AVR Microcontroller, TQFP-32
1,500 ֏
ATmega328P-AU is the 32-pin TQFP surface-mount variant of Microchip’s 8-bit AVR microcontroller, widely used in embedded control and Arduino-derived designs. It provides 32 KB ISP Flash, 2 KB SRAM, 1 KB EEPROM and 23 programmable I/O lines, with timers, PWM, USART, SPI, TWI/I2C and up to eight 10-bit ADC channels in this package. It runs at up to 20 MHz within the device voltage/frequency limits and operates from 1.8 to 5.5 V. This is the bare IC, not an Arduino board; a bootloader is not assumed. Microchip marks ATmega328P as not recommended for new designs, so check lifecycle needs before choosing it for a new product.
