ATtiny13A-SU is a small 8-bit AVR microcontroller for simple control, timing, sensor and battery-powered designs. It provides 1 KB ISP Flash, 64 bytes SRAM, 64 bytes EEPROM, six GPIO, a 4-channel 10-bit ADC, timer/PWM and a watchdog. The SOIC-8 surface-mount package is compact for custom PCB assembly; the device operates from 1.8 to 5.5 V, with maximum clock speed determined by supply conditions. This is a bare IC, not a development board: provide a compatible AVR ISP programming connection and the required clock, reset and support circuitry.
