Microchip ATtiny1616-MNR tinyAVR Microcontroller, VQFN-20
1,100 ֏
ATtiny1616-MNR is a modern tinyAVR 1-series 8-bit MCU for compact control boards and low-cost embedded products. It combines a 20 MHz AVR core with 16 KB Flash, 2 KB SRAM and 256 bytes EEPROM, plus 18 I/O, a 12-channel 10-bit ADC, DAC, timers, configurable logic and USART/SPI/I2C. The 3 × 3 mm VQFN-20 package saves PCB area and uses surface mounting; the supply range is 1.8–5.5 V. Programming and debugging use the single-wire UPDI interface, so an appropriate programmer and board routing are required. Confirm exposed-pad footprint and reflow requirements before assembly.
