Microchip ATtiny85-20SU AVR Microcontroller, SOIC-8
1,200 ֏
ATtiny85-20SU is an 8-bit AVR microcontroller for compact stand-alone controls, small instruments, LED effects and simple sensor nodes. It integrates 8 KB ISP Flash, 512 bytes SRAM, 512 bytes EEPROM, six GPIO, a 4-channel 10-bit ADC, two timers, USI and a watchdog. The SOIC-8 package is intended for surface-mount PCB assembly; the 20 MHz speed grade must be used within the specified supply limits. This is a bare component and does not include an Arduino bootloader by default. Use a compatible AVR ISP programmer and design the board around the device pinout and support requirements.
