XIAO nRF54LM20A Sense combines Nordic's low-power nRF54LM20A platform with onboard motion and audio sensors for wearable, smart-sensing and edge-device prototypes. The 128 MHz Arm Cortex-M33 and 128 MHz RISC-V coprocessor share a system with 512 KB RAM, 2 MB non-volatile memory and 8 MB external flash. Bluetooth LE 6.0 with Channel Sounding, Bluetooth Mesh, Thread, Zigbee, Matter, NFC and other 2.4 GHz modes support multiprotocol designs. The Sense version adds an LSM6DS3TR-C six-axis IMU and PDM microphone; the board also provides 28 GPIO, nine analog pins, an IPEX antenna connector and nPM1300 power management with battery charging. It is suited to portable sensing, gesture/audio-aware interfaces and connected products. Use the nRF Connect SDK / Zephyr or documented PlatformIO path and validate sensor drivers, antenna and sleep-current conditions in the target build.
